Resort M
Status: 2025
The concept of Villa Xa was born from the desire to combine the ideas of a resort and a private residence within a single hospitality system. The project idea takes shape starting from the place itself. The quality of the living space—understood as a balance between openness and shelter—is at the heart of the concept.
The architecture, designed in collaboration with Meet, is organized as a sequence of open, light-filled spaces in direct dialogue with the outdoors, alongside more intimate, shaded, and protected areas designed to ensure comfort and privacy. The building’s form is designed to create sheltered areas protected from rain, surfaces that block the wind, and visual cones that frame the landscape, allowing for a full appreciation of the natural surroundings. The key design elements include the use of materials and finishes that harmonize with the surrounding environment, able to blend seamlessly with the sand and vegetation. In this way, the architecture becomes a climatic and sensory device, designed to offer a living experience that unites comfort, nature, and spatial quality. In collaboration with: Meet Arch.
