The villa unfolds across three levels, with a total surface area of 900 m²: a lower floor and two main levels overlooking a large linear swimming pool. Nearby, a square lounge area with integrated sofas is designed as an outdoor space for relaxation and conviviality.

The ground floor is conceived as a fully open-plan space immersed in natural light. One façade is defined exclusively by large, full-height sliding glass windows that dissolve the boundary between indoors and outdoors, creating visual continuity with the pool and the surrounding landscape. At the heart of the space, a modular sofa becomes the focal element, organizing the layout between the dining area and the TV lounge without the use of rigid partitions. The upper level houses the sleeping quarters: the master bedroom features a spacious en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, while three additional generously sized bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, ensure comfort, privacy, and functionality.

The entire project is designed to enhance natural light, views, and the relationship with the outdoors, an essential element, deeply connected to the Mediterranean context.
