The project takes shape in the heart of Arzachena, in Porto Cervo, and encompasses 1,400 m² of interior design and 5,000 m² of surrounding gardens, where four swimming pools and a tennis court will be built. The intent is to develop the interior design through the language of a luxury yacht. Teak plank flooring, satin-finished steel details, and essential surfaces create a refined and contemporary atmosphere.

Everything maintains a deep connection with the soul of Sardinian materials—local stone and woods smoothed by wind and time—which evoke the authentic and primordial character of the territory. The chandelier at the center of the living room is conceived as an expression of craftsmanship: a composition of elements that dialogue with one another, enriching the space through their uniqueness. The villa opens fully to the surrounding nature, which becomes the privileged backdrop for the outdoor spaces. Exterior areas are articulated into more formal zones dedicated to conversation and more intimate, relaxed settings designed to enjoy the views and the landscape. The Orosei stone flooring defines and unifies the outdoor areas, reinforcing the continuous dialogue between architecture, nature, and materiality. In collaboration with: Olivieri Architetti.
