Anastasia’s House

Status: 2020

As the general contractor, we oversaw every phase of the project and execution of this elegant private residence, guiding its development from start to finish.

The Arclinea kitchen, Italia model by Antonio Citterio, stands out for its gold PVD finishes and Calacatta Gold marble countertop, backsplash, and island, complemented by selected appliances from V-ZUG and Sub-Zero. Custom furnishings and pieces by B&B Italia, Maxalto, Rimadesio, and Molteni interact harmoniously with a curated selection of items from American brands, while the oak floors with bespoke inlays provide material continuity and timeless elegance throughout the interiors.
