Cooking Experience by V-ZUG
Research, innovation and training are par for the course at Studiolo 1844. And thanks to our partner Frigo 2000, this has become a tangible sharing experience: the culture of food begins with its preparation! This isn’t just a slogan; the food can actually be touched (and tasted!) in our kitchens and spaces, thanks to exclusive events like the one that took place on Thursday, June 10th, at our Arclinea Flagship Store in Galleria Europa: the special “Cooking Experience”, organised by our partner V-ZUG, with cooking lessons given by chef Luigi Cassago, using the brand-new line of V-ZUG Excellence ovens.
We and our guests indulged ourselves with a delicious full course dinner – perfectly organised – with surprising and tasty dishes made by chef Luigi Cassago, who used, and illustrated, the different cooking techniques possible with the new V-ZUG ovens: Falafel with Tzatziki Sauce; Carrot Millefeuille with Horseradish, Ginger and Ponzu Sauce; Onsen Tamago; Aubergine Parmigiana; Rare Veal with Tuna Sauce, Roasted Cauliflower and Tandoori and Pomegranate Sauce; Dark chocolate and Blueberry coulis.
